Users must provide accurate information, possess the right to publish submitted content, comply with applicable law, and avoid fraud, discrimination, harassment, prohibited goods and unsafe conduct. HHabeshaHub may moderate, suspend or remove accounts and listings to protect users and the platform. Transactions are between users unless expressly stated otherwise.

Final terms require review by qualified counsel for the operating entity and launch jurisdictions.
